The DUO43 includes many dual features to improve accuracy and speed and will provide and increase in overall machine capability and capacity. Mike will oversee a multi-state territory, maintaining current customers and developing new business across multiple industries. "The expansion of our sales team further strengthens our ability to meet the needs of our customers", noted Irvin Swider, President of Future Products. "Mike's comprehensive understanding of sales, business development and customer service will greatly benefit Future Products, our sales team and our customers." Mike has a diverse background in sales and business development. He has a B.A. in Marketing from Michigan State University.
Future Products Installs Two Makino S56 Vertical Machine Centers
Addition will increase capavity for precision machine shop
(October 12, 2010) - Future Products has added two Makino S56 High Speed Vertical Machining Centers to its precision machining equipment list. One of the S56 machines includes a 4th axis rotary table. The Makino S56 machining center provides excellent machine rigidity, high speed capability and exceptional precision and accuracy. The S56 uses a 40 taper, 13,000-rpm spindle with the stiffness and rigidity required for hard cutting applications and the speed necessary to provide high surface quality for demanding tool and machining applications. The machine's construction and axis configuration ensures high machine rigidity resulting in outstanding accuracy. Axes specifications are: X 36", Y 19", Z 17".
"Our investment in these two machines will increase our throughput and benefit our customers with shortened delivery times in addition to high surface quality finish and excellent accuracy", said Irvin Swider, President of Future Products.
